Let’s go shopping!!

Hi everyone!! In this blog I’m gonna share some tricks on clothes shopping.
So who doesn’t like shopping?!! Enjoy the feeling of a new you, fresh outfit, the enjoyment of just be a little selfish and take care of yourself!!! Ahhhhhhh!! It’s a dream must of all would say, but it’s not!! And believe me, being a mother of two, with all the other things to take care of, it might overwhelm you, just the thought of taking care of yourself might be frightening, well I’m here to tell you that it is possible and won’t take you long.
                 So let’s begin!!
First, plan how much you want to spend.  This will give you a range and you won’t feel guilty.
Second, let’s say you just can spend $20 (believe me, you’ll thank me later), picture what could you do if you could get an awesome outfit with that $20.
Third, after we have it all visulized, “It is time” (on great raphitty voice from the Lion King), let’s go shopping!!
In your next time running errands (that’s usually what I do), go get your groceries and afterwards with no pressure that you didn’t forget anything, hir the clothing part of the store ( Here is where I’m gonna blow your mind), get to the “Sales Rack”, but keep your eyes peeled, not the 30% rack, but the 50% to 70% rack.

Usually people don’t look there because they think the 30% it is the last chance, but “Nooooooooo”, that is false!!  Mayor retailers want you to pay 2 to 3 times what the price is to make profit, I personally get to that “Sales rack” and get myself a nice outfit.  I do repeat this strategy throughout the whole store or the departments I need to look.

Here is a quick sample, Take your time and don’t loose focus, and conquer!!

It’s gonna feel amazing when you get that outfit that you been dreaming about for a killer deal.

This outfit cost just $23, pair it with a cute pair of boots if is cold or some medium heels for a more classic look, this could be used for work, casual to date, or social outfit, the posiblities are endless!!

*Note: in this article my research is based on retailers like Kohls, target, old navy etc.
This is all for now.  Post your comments on my social media and happy shopping!!

«Share Wednesday»

Hi everyone!! In today’s blog, I’m going to share a little bit about my style.  But first, I want to say that everything goes together, spirit, mind and body.  So in that sense, here is a great blog I read today that would like to share http://middleplaces.com/2015/02/04/feel-forgotten/.

Hope you guys enjoyed it as I did.  Moving on to mind, I think on how busy I’m going to be that day and then I put my wardrobe together, being a mom always on the go , I choose pieces that are practical, wild factor and if I’m feeling fancy (but not like the song from iggy) something coture.

Now let’s move on to body.  To me it is very important to feel good inside and out, so for my skin I drink water, use lotions specific for my skin type, try to stay active, but I think my friend Maria Hass can tell you more on that and how to be careful on this subject http://confessions1st.com/blog/dem-carbs/.  After all this I get ready and go about my day.

”  I have to say there’s no secret on taking care of yourself to look your best.”

As I said, I’m a mom, wife, daycare provider, so no matter how busy is your life, you can achieve the look you want without braking the bank.

Hoping that you liked this post.  If you did comment below and see you tomorrow!!
See you ✨✨

Reinvent yourself Tuesday

Hello everyone!! In today’s blog, I want to touch a subject that it concerns me personally, what is it? My appearance, my body especially.  This is a subject that most of my family and friends don’t know I struggle with, the stereotypes, the “you have to look this way or that way”, what size are you?! Etc, it’s just annoying to be honest.

Before I saw this video, Women’s Ideal Body Types Throughout History (find it on youtube.com) , I hated myself, and hatred is a strong word and can do things to your heart, mind and soul.  Was not until I let myself go on God’s hands that I learned how to accept myself.  As a mother of 2 beautiful kids, I wanted to be 125 pounds again, but then I realized (after watching another video, and the help and support of my husband) that I am beautiful, I might not be 90-60-90 (or whatever the measurement for a perfect body is), but I am an astounding 155, 5’3, curvy- petite lady, that has learned that no matter what size I am, or tall, skin color, etc, God made me this way, and the scars I have are worthy, there is nothing wrong with me or you my beloved reader.  At all this I do things to keep myself healthy, and active, to you that will be my advice.

I hope you liked this post.  If you did comment below and leave your questions.

See you tomorrow!!

Gentleman’s fab

Hi everyone!! On this blog, I want to share how my husband got persuaded onto “Being fabulous on a budget” by seeing me shop and strategize.

image

How can a guy shop “on a budget” you might ask?  Well it is simple, there’s no need for someone to spend all this money on something that you might gonna wear or use once or twice.  And don’t get me wrong or hate me , but lets be real fellas, do you really need those $400 shoes?! I do personally have a rule ( because it happens to me ), if you are gonna wear it more than 4 times buy that expensive pair, but if they gonna be in your closet, honey: NOP!! So gents, here is your guide to “dress up on a budget”
10 Ways Men Are Dressing Wrong: http://youtu.be/muLRxJD5zaQ

On addition to this video, I will say, hit the clearance rack, it’s amazing the deals guys will find on there, I think that because the gents don’t shop as often as us ladies do, they get the best, I have seen my husband find deals that just amaze me, from high end to casual wear, shoes, etc.
I have to say that I’m proud of him!!

Well I hope this have helped you to understand better your sense of style and not fashion.

Comment below and share it!!

See you soon and remember:
